A Blogpost from Nokia N97 Mini

So, finally I managed to make a blog post from my mobile phone. Thanks to WordPress for Nokia Application and the full QWERTY keyboard of my Nokia N97 Mini. The Data Plan is Vodafone Mobile Connect which is a EDGE connection. Vodafone is yet to lunch 3G in Kolkata.

The WordPress for Nokia Application is a great tool for bloggers to type and post directly from their Nokia Symbian OS 9.5 and Symbian^3 OS mobile phone. It is been written and developed with Qt, a cross-platform application and UI framework by Nokia.

To be very honest, typing a post using those small keys is a tough job and I will prefer a netbook anytime to this phone to make a blog post or type something on the go.

Also, the 3.2 inch screen is probably too small for blogging, however, it is pretty useful to moderate comments, check statistics and make some small edits in posts.
